To consolidate the agency’s strong growth, Marie-Diane Lambert is joining Maarc to take up the newly created post of head of human resources. As well as recruitment, Marie-Diane will also support the career development of the agency’s consultants via personalised training programmes and the digitalisation of career management tools. She will also provide support for the agency’s CSR policies.

Marie-Diane has 15 years’ experience in France and the UK. Previously with AKQA (WPP), Publicis Worldwide and Proximity BBDO London, she has in-depth knowledge of the special challenges facing communication agencies. A mother of one, Marie-Diane is also a talented artist.
